Shipping

We can only ship within Canada at this time.

All orders are shipped from Ontario using Canada Post. There is a $15 shipping charge unless your order is $100 and above (pre-tax, after any discounts).

Your order will typically arrive within 2-3 weeks from placing your order. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 weeks and then shipping itself can take up to a week unless there are unexpected delays by the courier.

What if my package is lost?

Once the package is in the courier's hands, they are responsible for any losses. With all orders, we will choose to add the courier's insurance protection option up to the dollar value of your order, at our cost. Should your package be lost, their terms and conditions will apply. We cannot guarantee your claim will be covered with them.

Incorrect shipping address

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly and is complete. If a package is returned by the courier, you will be responsible for paying the new shipping fee ($15) once address is corrected.

Returns

Our main goal is that you are happy with your order. If you are not, for whatever reason, we offer full refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of sending back the items to return. If you wish to exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

All returned items must be new, unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. 

Damaged/defective Items

We inspect every item before sending out but we are human after all! If you receive a damaged or defective item we will send out a replacement right away, no extra cost for you, as soon as we receive your returned item (which we will cover shipping cost to return). Send us an email notifying of the defect within 5 days of receiving the item and a picture attached would be very helpful.

Sizing

Our products are mostly all made of cotton which is prone to shrinking. We always recommend choosing a size up for longer wear time.

Our clothing is generally a slimmer fit.

The right to cancel any order

Should an error or situation occur (for example, pricing typo, website glitch, fraudulent charges, non-payment issues, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel any order. You will be informed immediately as soon as it is identified.
